LOCATION Smoky Mountain Campground, Kodak, TN
DIRECTIONS Kodak is 18 mi E of Knoxville on I-40. Take exit 407 (TN
66) S and an immediate left turn onto Foretravel Dr. past the stoplight. Itís the only thing on the road. Kodak is the N end of Sevierville. A traffic note: habit around here is to run yellow (and sometimes red) lights. A slow 3 count is a good idea before taking off at green for that reason.
CAMPGROUND CONVENIENCES Tent site is separate if you donít want water or electric: full hook-up sites. Restrooms have hot showers, small camp store, fishing pond, game room and laundry.
COST Tents w/o hook-ups $10, sites w/hook-ups $12, full hook-ups $16
NEARBY SERVICES Everything you need. Turn left out of the driveway and pick your favorite.
REMARKS Weíll keep the fire burning and have a huge supply of tourist
info. Also ham and beans on Saturday night!
AREA ATTRACTIONS Continuous shopping and site-seeing opportunities for 20 mi. 14 mi to Pigeon Forge, 18 to Gatlinburg, 20 to Smoky Mountain National Park. Many miles of twisties and beautiful scenery.
